LAZZARI WOOD CHUNKS
We sell both HICKORY (pictured above left) and MESQUITE WOOD CHUNKS (pictured above right) for use in charcoal grills or ovens. Some customers combine wood chunks when grilling with other Lazzari fuels such as our hardwood lump charcoals or briquets. Other customers use only wood chunks for creating a fire in the grill or oven. Both techniques add the unique flavors of these woods to the foods being cooked. Lazzari Wood Chunks are 100% natural hardwood, there are no chemicals or additives.
